KABIR BOLANLE AKINGBOLU ESQ is a Principal Partner of the Firm. He attended the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Kaduna State where he obtained LL.B (Hons) in 2001 and he attended the Nigeria law school, Lagos where he was called to the Nigeria Bar on 1st July, 2002. Since he was called to the Bar, he has been in active Legal Practice as a General Legal Practitioner.

Mr. Kabir Akingbolu has a vast experience in the art and practice of law, especially; Banking, Commercial, Corporate, and Family Law, Intellectual Property and Protection, Land Matters, Election Petitions, Taxation, Property Management and Consultancy Services. He has a serious bias for legal drafting and possesses reasonable skill in negotiation skills.

Over the years, he has amassed in-depth experience in Legal Practice. He cut his Legal teeth under the erudite lawyer, Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN) for four (4) years where he rose to become the a Senior Associate in the Chambers through hard work and commitment to Legal Practice.

He is a Public Analyst and Social Commentator who has written over twenty (20) published articles on contemporary legal issues and social problems bothering Nigeria in so many newspapers like; The Punch, This Day, The Nation, Daily Independent, The Sun, Sahara Reporters and so many other magazines and books of Articles. Akingbolu is a constantly featured guest or analyst in all significant television outfits and some notable radio stations across the country. He has been a Social and Political gadfly in the characteristic manner he attacked the government on bad policies and governance. This he started over two decades ago and his penchant for probity and accountability landed him in trouble with the National Youths Service Corps while he was a corp member serving in DAMATURU, Yobe state in 2003 when he discovered a lot of corruption in the agency where corp members were being fleeced and extorted. Akingbolu challenged this in court and won by getting the illegally collected monies from corp members to be refunded to them and this was later replicated throughout the country. This angered some corrupt officials of the agency and in retaliation, they illegally de-kit and demobilized him. The corp members appreciated his efforts at fighting corruption and they organized an award night where he was given the award of “The most outstanding corp member of the year”. Since then, Akingbolu’s affront on illegality has continued unabated as he has filed and fought several public interest cases bothering on abuse of office, corruption, human right violations and so on. He is married with children.
